Oftentimes, whether walking through the city or in the forest, I feel animated by forces beyond my immediate perception. As my automated steps drive me forward, two times emerge, taking over my body – that of an immediate reality that gradually fades and sinks into the peripheral vision, and that of several discrete connections that continue to animate me. Green Line marks the beginning of a photographic series about the dichotomy of the urban and cultural spaces that we cross and of the natural one that we keep returning to, at the threshold between escape and the impossibility of choosing other paths.
